America's Army

Position: Executive Producer (2004-2008)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall production of America’s Army public entertainment game including government applications for trainers and simulators. Managed a 38 member team Studio. Directed both studio  development and facility expansion, team building and Creative Direction. Developed on Epic Unreal 2 and Unreal 3 Engine.

Position: Art Director (2001-2005, 2006-2008)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall look and feel and all art production of the America’s Army game for the US Army. Managed a group of 21 artists, animators and level designers facilitating a close, dynamic working relationship with design and engineering groups while mentoring individuals in all groups. Maintained a positive environment promoting creativity and team work. Assisted and directed team building efforts.

Kalisto USA

Position: Art Director

Responsibilities:

Conceptualized, co-created prototype demos. Recruited, supervised and trained artists. Created texture material for world geometry, backgrounds and models. Also developed a large visual resource and reference library for the company. Kalisto closed in the summer of 2001.

Position: Lead Artist

Responsibilities:

Designed and created FX shaders, particle effects, FX animation.
Designed painted textures for world geometry and models.
Organized the art team and facilitated design, engineering and management coordination with the artists. Provided Art Direction for a cancelled PC version.

Position: Contract Artist / Animator / Designer

Responsibilities:

Self owned company. Provided short and long term asset production for numerous companies. Worked on various projects producing art, animation, design and demo/prototype creation. Services included texture and background painting, animation, character and conceptual design, fx creation and authoring.
