Directed both studio development and facility expansion, team building and Creative Direction. Developed on Epic Unreal 2 and Unreal 3 Engine. |

Responsible for the overall look and feel and all art production of the America’s Army game for the US Army. Managed a group of 21 artists, animators and level designers facilitating a close, dynamic working relationship with design and engineering groups while mentoring individuals in all groups. Maintained a positive environment promoting creativity and team work. Assisted and directed team building efforts. |
